Quality control is of prime importance to us. Our products are upto the buyer's Standards, specifications and drawings.

To achieve the quality requirements of our customer, great care is taken at the Die Design stage itself.

Our castings are made from pre-alloy ingots purchased from reputed Alloy makers along with their test certificates, and are cross checked by us in a third party Spectro-lab for which records are maintained.

Batch Numbers are punched in castings from which Raw Material Used, Date of Pouring. Heat Treatment Cycle and Mechanical Properties can be traced.

Castings machined by us are inspected at every stage using necessary instruments and guages to ensure Quality desired by our cutomers

These materials are checked as per SAE, DIN or IS Standards as is the requirement of item or customer.

These efforts have paid off as our products are accepted by buyers on “Self Certification” and “Direct Line” status.

With a workforce of over 50 persons, , the Company has very well documented procedures for various functions of working in the organization, as per Total Quality Management requirements.This procedures are periodically reviewed for effective result.
